Most housing solutions fix one part of the problem.
IGV connects all three; modern methods of construction, smarter capital and a new home ownership process into one integrated platform, so each part strengthens the others instead of working in isolation.
Making homes easier to build and possible to own.

Results That Matter
Focused on outcomes that create lasting value for communities and partners.
We're not a builder. Not a developer. Not a modular company. We're an integrated housing platform.
That distinction shapes every decision we make. Four beliefs sit behind every partnership we form and every home we help deliver.
Housing changes lives
A home is more than a building. It creates stability, belonging, and generational opportunity. Every decision we make ultimately serves that outcome.
Systems matter more than products
The housing crisis isn't solved by building faster alone. It takes construction, capital, and home ownership working together as one connected system.
Innovation should remove complexity
Innovation isn't about technology for its own sake. If an idea doesn't simplify housing, lower costs, or improve outcomes, it isn't innovation.
Certainty creates confidence
Communities, investors, and homeowners all make better decisions when uncertainty is removed. Certainty is the product we build hardest for.
Our name is our promise
Three words, three letters, one standard every decision at IGV is measured against.
At IGV, asking “why” is expected. Reinventing an industry requires challenging assumptions, questioning legacy practices, and pursuing faster, smarter, better ways to build. Innovation happens when we ask “what's possible?” and then make it real.
Explore IGV Build SystemsGrowth is not comfortable and that's the point. We push hard, we move fast, and we accept that mistakes will happen as we build something entirely new. Growth is a discipline, and every challenge strengthens our ability to scale and lead a sector in transformation.
Explore IGV CapitalWe believe home ownership can change a family for generations. It creates stability, strengthens communities, and builds long-term opportunity. Our vision is simple: make high-quality housing more attainable so more people can build a secure future.
Explore IGV HopeCanada needs more homes. Better homes. Faster.
Canada needs 3.5 million new homes by 2030. The missing middle is underserved; attainable ownership must be achievable for teachers, nurses, tradespeople, and young families. Traditional construction methods are too slow, too fragmented, and too expensive to close that gap at the scale required. IGV was built to change that. Not through incremental improvement, but through a fundamentally different approach to how homes are designed, manufactured, and delivered.
Modern construction. Canadian made. Built for scale.
IGV operates an advanced manufacturing facility producing pre-engineered building systems and coordinated material packages for residential construction projects across Canada. Our patented Hybrid Construction System combines precision offsite manufacturing with controlled onsite assembly: delivering consistent quality, predictable outcomes, and repeatable performance across every project. The result: homes built up to 50% faster, with up to 80% less waste, and up to 50% more cost effectively than traditional construction.
Experience that goes to work on every project.

Juliette has led over $200 million in property development across Australia and Canada, with a focus on sustainable, community-integrated housing. A two-time HIA Award winner (2021 & 2023), her portfolio spans residential condominiums, multiplexes, and commercial sites. Drawing on a background in law, economics and government, Juliette works with investor groups to design and deliver projects that address the “missing middle” and the international housing shortfall.
“I've seen too many good housing projects die in the gap between the crew that built them, the family that needed to own one, and the capital that never quite reached either.”
That gap is where IGV Housing was born. Not as another homebuilder, and not as another lender, but as the connective tissue between the three groups who all want the same outcome and rarely talk to each other: builders, buyers, and backers.
We started by asking a different question than the industry usually asks. Not “how do we build faster,” but “why does building faster still leave people renting for life, and capital sitting on the sidelines?” The answer was structural: industrialized delivery, governed ownership pathways, and disciplined capital, designed from day one to move as one platform instead of three separate businesses hoping to align.
Today that platform is IGV — and every home it touches carries all three disciplines at once.
We're not building houses. We're building the infrastructure that makes housing work.
Everything we design exists to make homes easier to build, easier to finance, and easier to own.
Solving housing isn't about improving one part of the system. It's about reconnecting all of it.
